No, the OZeLearn Learning Management does not store cookies or session data about it's users.

To ensure OZeLearn's accessibility, 24-7, around the globe, we have a multi-server web and database farm containing many high speed web pipelines, full systems back up and emergency power generation. All of this is sustained in an environmentally secure facility.
Other than an Internet browser, no client software is required to use OZeLearn. This means that you can deliver your material to a universal audience.
Course Material, Data and Security:

System Features/ Functions:

Each student has a set of security questions that are initialised the first time they enter OZeLearn. If a user forgets their password, they simply enter these security questions and their log in details are sent to them via email.
Yes, each student is automatically emailed a unique username and password for OZeLearn that they use everytime they enter their training.
Yes - OZeLearn keeps a full record of each student's study history. A full list of their completed courses is available from within the system where students can re-enter and re-study material.
Yes - OZeLearn's email communication tools support learners during their training. Students, assessors and administrators can discuss and feedback on training outcomes quickly and easily within the LMS, through their own internal email system.
Yes. Everytime a student enters their training, they are automatically taken straight to the exact page of study that they progressed to last time they studied.
Yes. Courses in the OZeLearn Learning Management System are easily delivered using a touch screen.
Web Accessibility means access to the Internet by everyone, regardless of disability, language or location. We are proud to say that the OZeLearn system has passed strict International accessibility tests, which means that anyone, anywhere can access and use OZeLearn, without fear of barriers.
Assessments/Certification/ Competency:
  1. Can students cheat assessments in the OZeLearn system?
  2. Are certificates available for students to print?
Certificates are available to students for print on completion of their study courses. The certificates are presented in PDF form and include a unique security code so that they cannot be reproduced or altered in any way.
It is impossible for learners to cheat in the OZeLearn platform. For security reasons, all browser menu buttons, shortcut keys including the 'Print Screen', 'Back' and 'New Window' functions and the right click menu are disallowed. This prohibits students from reproducing assessment information, viewing the source of the pages and from pressing the back button to gain another attempt at an assessment question.
