East Wimmera Health Service is a multi-campus health service and had a requirement for an integrated education approach across the service, for clinical and non clinical staff. LearnPRN have provided this for us for 3 years. They conduct our graduate nurse program, orientation, education administration, mandatory and clinical update programs, using a blended mix of on-line and on-site education. This service has been responsive and flexible, and continues to meet our needs, and our staff satisfaction remains high. There is a close rapport between our staff and LearnPRN |

Case Studies
Case study – Integrated Learning Service
Organisation ‘A’ is a multi-campus health service based in rural Victoria providing acute care, emergency care, aged care and primary care services to a catchment population of approximately 12,000 people. There are over 330 nursing, allied health and ancillary staff who contribute to the service. LearnPRN manages all of the staff development and education needs of the service including; education planning and development, face to face and eLearning education, management of education projects, training needs analysis, documentation management for EQuIP and Aged Care accreditation.
Case Study B – Development of Existing Content
An Australian State Health Department contracted LearnPRN to develop a flexible learning solution for rural and remote nurses to access an Incident Reporting Training Program being provided to the nurses at regional centres. Working with the Nurse Educator providing the program face to face, LearnPRN developed the content for flexible delivery. Problematic Internet access at many of the rural and remote centres, meant web delivery of the program was not suitable. To meet the specific delivery needs of the client, LearnPRN produced the program for CD delivery.
