After 20 years experience in the health care industry, both as nurses and educators, they founded LearnPRN to address an identified gap in education for healthcare staff. What has since resulted is a range of education services that support our clients’ to meet their individual education needs.LearnPRN has four education service streams. Onsite face-to-face education – LearnPRN offers a broad range of clinical and non-clinical topics that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the healthcare facility. No matter where you are in Australia, we come to you for single or multiple days. Online education – LearnPRN offers mandatory and continuing education topics for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Some of our clients chose to use the online programs to support their internal education service. ELearning is a great way to provide core topics such as annual mandatory education. However developing and maintaining quality eLearning programs is very resource intensive and requires specialist skills. Many underestimate the real cost of creating and maintaining intranet based learning. All of our programs are written and developed by LearnPRN and are updated on a regular basis. Our programs are delivered to your staff via our hosted Learning Management System. All your staff need is access to an Internet connected computer. Integrated Education Service - LearnPRN supports several small organisations with their staff development service. We can analyse staff education needs, develop the education plan and provide face-to-face and online education to meet these needs. Our Integrated Service Clients utilize the unique combination of LearnPRN services that provide competency and reporting mechanisms that meet compliance requirements for EQUIP and Aged Care accreditation. LearnPRN has a strong support team that provides Education, Administration, Multimedia, Web Design and eLearning specialists.
